How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page.

After an order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking number and be able to track on our page.


What are your shipping times?

Please allow 4-7 days processing and production time for your order to ship out.

Average shipping time is 10-25 Business days. Tracking numbers will be updated 4-7 days after your order has been SHIPPED.

International: 20-40 business days, depending on the country.


Do you deliver products Internationally?

How do I receive multiple item orders?

If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).
